If for any reasons you are not happy with your purchase, do not despair! We will be glad to assist you with a prompt exchange. However, you are encouraged to email us and ask in detail about the product(s) prior to purchasing. This is to avoid unnecessary work and costs involved in dealing with returns.
When returning an item, the following guidelines apply:
1- Product(s) must be returned to us within 14 days from the date you received the items. This is subject to immediate confirmation with us either by email or telephone.
2- We cannot accept returns on worn, soiled, stained or washed merchandise. Items to be returned must come in their original packaging, and in a re-sellable condition.
3- Sale of discounted /special priced items are final and not returnable. This includes items bought during sale period.
4- Cost for returning the items should be borne by the customer. Delivery or shipping fees are not refundable.
5- Refunds are only entertained if the products are found to be defective. In this case, we will bear the cost of returning the products back to us.
6- Customised orders are final and will not be subject to returns/refunds.
Please take note that we cannot be responsible for loss of items or damages that may occur on the way back for a return / exchange. Therefore, you are advised to pack your returned items properly and send by reliable means.
